Ongoing and current projects include

Bosque Señorial , Ponce PR- This project is composed of 59 single two story homes starting in the mid 350s. Each home is pre-wired and connected to a General Electric Smart Connection Center with data, voice, and video modules. It also is pre-wired for two home theater systems, one in the family room and another in the master bedroom. The home owner can later add intercom, camera, and alarm system to make this a smart home.

Aquabella, Humacao PR- We pre-wired the model home for data, voice and video and used our modules in an existing telecommunications panel. Also, we added an ONQ audio distribution system, ONQ surveillance camera system, GE Simon wireless alarm system, Leviton entertainment platform, and a home theater in the family room. New homeowners are able to contact us and make an appointment for installation.
